In literary work, expression of feelings and ideas is given intensity by the use of distinctive choice of words, style and rhythm belonging to the genre of literature.A poem is a collection of spoken or written words that expresses ideas or emotions in a powerfully vivid and imaginative style. As a poet, and a lover of poetry, here are some collections of my poems over the years as University lecturer of English, the poems are mostly narrative as a linguist. In this collection, I explored various themes, as birth, life and death, love and hate, virtue, beauty, identity, religion, travels and journeys; celebration, disappointment and failure among others.- "For academic, for leisure and for the fun of it."
