Autoren-Porträt von Stephen Palmer, Kasia Szymanska
Stephen Palmer, is one of the UK's most influential experts on stress management. He is Founder-Director at the Centre for Stress Management and Honorary Professor of Psychology at City University, London. He has written or edited over 30 books on stress management, psychotherapy and coaching.
Kasia Szymanska is a psychologist, a registered cognitive-behavior therapist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. She is Editor of The Coaching Psychologist published by the Special Group in Coaching Psychology (SGCP).
Palmer and Szymanska have co-authored Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy Reader (Routledge) and Stress and Anxiety Management (Continuum International Publishing Group).
