Guy, Lafranchi, geb. 1966, studierte Architektur an der ETH Zürich. 1996 gründete er sein eigenes Büro in Bern. Er hält Vorträge an der Barlett School of Architecture in London und am Niederländischen Architektur Institut (NAI) in Rotterdam sowie an der TU Berlin und der TU in Lund, Schweden. Er ist Mitbegründer von RIEA.ch.
