Entscheidend ist gesund älter zu werden. Dr. Dagmar Grieshofer ist Fachärztin für innere Medizin und Allgemeinmedizinerin. In ihrer jahrzehntelangen beruflichen Tätigkeit beschäftigte sie sich speziell mit der Vorsorgemedizin. Als Notärztin sah sie im Alltagsleben häufig die Folgen des krankmachenden Lebensstils.
