They stress the importance of valuing deep level diversity, in order to unlock the power of diversity within the company. Here, inclusion is a must, and the same as diversity, it expands from inclusion of persons with disabilities, to inclusion of all employees, and creation of culture of participation and sharing of ideas. In this context employees are not merely a resource, they are key components of successes of a new, modern, ever changing, agile enterprise.
