Almost 30 years of experience in the Wellness and Skin industry, Melissa went and studied under the guidance of INN Nutrition in New York to became a qualified Health Coach and trained at Raw Living to become a Raw Vegan Pastry Chef offering guilt free options for people who are looking for gluten free, diary free, egg free and refined sugar free desserts.
Melissa’s vision is to support people in their quest for wellness and recalibrating their bodies back to health. After all you are what you eat!

During this time Melissa has supported various organizations with key speaking at their events both overseas and Australia and offering cooking demonstrations and classes teaching people how to regain their health and eat consciously.

During the past few year she has worked closely with families on how to correctly shop for their children and how to prepare healthy lunch boxes and meal plans.
