Dr Mark Neal is Senior Lecturer in Organizational Behaviour at Liverpool Business School. Previously he worked as Senior Lecturer and in International Management (MENA) at SOAS, University of London, and Associate Professor at Sultan Qaboos University, Oman. He has published extensively in journals including the Academy of Management Learning & Education, Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Management Education, and European Sociological Review.
