Following the death of her daughter Sara, Loralee shares how she learned to sit with her grief and not run from it, and in doing so she learned how to live again. She is a retired social worker, a Reiki Master/teacher and meditation mentor. She lives in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada with her husband Kim and cat Izzy. Loralee is speaker and blogger on the topic of healing grief following the loss of one's child.
