ABOUT THE AUTHORJoe Caggiano has written his second book. The first was “A WAY OF
LIFE”. This was all about his life as an employee in the city jails.
I do have a background of Mental Health training and also Training to
be a Hostage Negotiator. I do have the ability to read people.
I have been married for 52 years, have two daughters and six
grandchildren. I know that it is late in life to write a book. But, at my age
I have sufficient time to sit and write.
