Her literary work got appreciated all over theworld and she gets identified as an iconic symbol whouplifts the stature of common woman. She admits in afelicitation program that that the motivation in lifecomes from her mother.This was an appeal to the masses of India, a messagenot to ignore a girl child, but instead to give her equalopportunity and help her bloom like a flower amongstthe society.
