Gina Hernez-Broome is a professor in OrganizationalLeadership at the University of the Rockies. She is a formerprogram manager for the Design and Delivery Faculty team and waslead researcher for coaching research and evaluation efforts at theCenter for Creative Leadership.Lisa A. Boyce is a Colonel in the United States Air ForceReserves with over 20 years of Industrial/Organizational Psychologyresearch, teaching, consulting, and coaching experience for theUnited States and Australian militaries, as well as private andnon-profit organizations. Currently, Lisa is the Reserve Scientistand Deputy Site Commander of the European Office of AerospaceResearch and Development in London, where she employs her years ofresearch and practitioner experience by evaluating and fundingbehavioral science research grants and conference sponsorships.
