Kevin Brown was a successful drug dealer and smart enough to get out of the drug game before getting caught. With some of the money he made from selling drugs he started and operated a successful business, but he still remained ties with his drug-dealing friends. Eventually, he was arrested and charged with conspiracy of distribution of cocaine along with his old associates. Declining to testify against his friends he knew his only option was to take the case to trial. Afraid of losing a conspiracy case to the government at trial Kevin Brown took the best plea deal his lawyer can negotiate.
Now, Angry at the judiciary system for incarcerating him for a crime he was not part of, and with idle time in the penal system a new way of making money was easily introduced to him; Kevin Brown decided to embark on the new hustle upon his release. While serving his time in a federal prison he came up with a plan and recruited a group of Africans all specializing in different types of white collar crimes; from counterfeit money, credit card scams, to identity theft, and formed a group known as African Connection. Upon their release, Kevin Brown led the crew in putting their plans into action. Their plans worked and brought them great success netting them a lot of money anyone will envy.
When he was jailed or prisoned he spent most of his time studying and learning the very system that incarcerated him. He studied the law, learned the judiciary and penal system and became the most sort out jail-house-lawyer in every institution he was housed. He helped a few inmates go back to court and eventually getting their sentence either reduced or completely vacated. He also filed his own motions and ended up serving only four years on a fifteen-year sentence for drugs and handgun possession. After his release and became a law-abiding citizen and an author he still helped other inmates will their legal work. He has started a non-profit organization to help the wrongly convicted.
