Mia Villatora is a registered counselor, associate member of the international association of applied neuroscience, a neuro-linguistic programming practitioner, and former panel member for foster care. She has experienced anxiety first-hand and shares her story of recovery in this book.She is married and has three children.
Jennifer Marsland is an experienced counselor, author on identity, and a mentor to many. She has vast experience with a variety of issues involving anxiety. She has taught in drug and alcohol rehabilitation programs and has helped liberate people from all walks of life. She is married with three adult children.
