Stefan Ouma is Assistant Professor in the Departmentof Human Geography at the Goethe University of Frankfurt. Being an
economic geographer by training, he has worked extensively on
global commodity chains, agrifood standards, smallholder
agriculture, and contract farming in East and West Africa.
