She is a lady that had challenges with her own son and two of her partner's sons during their teenage years. After years of coping with the challenges with the boys and researching this topic, she wants to express to kids and their parents that there are other ways to work through these challenges and strongly believes that it really does not need to hold you back.

She believes that the disorder really is that the brain is working so fast they have difficulties in learning how to understand and channel their energies to be more productive and not feel there is something wrong with them. To live a life of no excuses. In fact, she believes they can achieve greatness and has included some instances of many great people who were diagnosed with ADHD and were able to achieve a magnificent life. So what can these young people achieve in their lives?

Now that she has reached her sixth decade and has retired, she has taken the opportunity to put all her thoughts together so that other young and older people can be encouraged that it is okay to doubt yourself but have some valuable strategies to move forward with their lives and achieve a great and fabulous life.

Her philosophy for her next decades is what can she achieve for the next thirty years as her family live long lives and have more in her in basket when it is her time to leave this life. To that end, she is an artist and loves to sketch portraits, digitize images for embroidery machines-this includes some of her own sketches-learn online marketing for many projects, and work on some other books.

She currently lives near the Port Stephens area in Australia.
