The author a US citizen and is a senior software consultant, having worked in India, UK, and USA for twenty years before finally retiring from Bank of America as a vice president. He is a victim of alcohol habit after continuously consuming it for twenty years. In order to get free of alcohol, he went through normal procedures available in the market such as detox, rehabilitation, AA, and many literatures, without any success. Author found a practical way to beat this habit through his own experience and self-realization. Now he is alcohol-free and wants to spread this knowledge to the needy people across the world.
