It seemed as though the demons of the war had come back to haunt Marcus. But he wasn't going to sit there and watch the terrorists take the only person that meant the whole world to him. And despite the injuries that he had incurred, he soldiered on, making it to his feet and picking his M-16 sub-machinegun and staggered to the doorway.

He made a point of peeping through the hole in the window, and once that was done, he saw the terrorists dragging his girl by her hair along the ground and another man was preparing a rocket launcher, ready to blow the house into smithereens.

And it was at that point that he knew he had to act. It was either he gets to save Loretta or himself. Marcus loved her with all of his heart. And that said, if at all he was put in a position to choose between his life and the woman that he so deeply loved, Marcus wouldn't even think twice about that, he would make a point of saving her in a heartbeat.

That said, he quickly cocked the gun and pointed it at the window. Ignoring the blood that was trickling from his side and warming his sides, he made sure that he knew that they weren't going to having her without a fight.

"DEATH TO YOU ALL!!" Marcus yelled right before he started firing as violently as possible
