Lorna Kleidman is a two-time International Kettlebell Sport Champion and the first American to achieve the title of International Master of Kettlebell Sport. Building from her years of training in dance, boxing and fitness, Lorna has worked her way to the forefront of international kettlebell lifting, also known as Girevoy Sport and has been featured in the New York Times, as well as in numerous peer reviews. Today, Lorna is bringing the age-old art of kettlebell training to the public as she leads kettlebell fitness classes and private training sessions in Manhattan.
