Dr. Robert J. Carr was born and educated in London where he currently teaches at the Lycée Francais. He has written extensively for 'History Review' and also works for the Holocaust Educational Trust. He was previously Assistant Professor and Chairman of Cag University's International Relations Department, Turkey, and has also travelled in India where he has some family connections.
