He is Changjiang Distinguished Professor, a scholar award program of the Ministry of Education, China.Shi Jiayou is a professor in the Law School at Renmin University of China, executive director of Research Centre for Civil and Commercial Law, director of the Francophone Legal Research Centre, visiting professor at the University of Paris II, University of Paris VIII, University of Geneva and University of Ottawa and so on.
