When he meets C-Lee Vaughn, he falls in love with her. But how can he tell her that he was raised by her father, Stuart Vaughn, the man she never knew, the father she had always yearned for? And how will Stuart Vaughn react when he learns that Christian, the man he raised as his own son, is in love with his biological daughter? Moreover, as Christian and C-Lees relationship deepens, how can he tell her that he is also an ordained minister? Will she see him as a conflicted soul? A Jekyll and Hyde? Autoren-Porträt von Rita Wollen - Baker
I enjoy crafting stories about broken people and their personal journeys toward forgiveness and healing. I do not write simple-told stories about perfect people, teaching life’s lessons to the imperfect. All my characters are flawed, and, as with life, some will find their way through their adversities, and some will not. Approaching my writing in this realistic manner, I feel, makes my characters relatable to readers from all walks of life. Mostly, I describe myself as a Southerner who writes with a moral conscience.
