Gao Qingfei, associate professor at the School of Traffic Science and Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, deputy director of the Department of Bridge and Tunnel Engineering, and test inspector of highway and water transport engineering (bridge and tunnel engineering, road engineering). As a member of the International Association for Bridge Maintenance and Safety (IABMAS), the International Society for Intelligent Construction (ISIC), the Chinese society of Civil Engineering, the Chinese Highway Society, the first youth Editorial Committee of the Journal of Xi'an University of Science and Technology, and the reviewer of many journals at home and abroad. In 2015, Dr. Zhenhua Duan obtained his doctor's degree from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
