Sidney Homan is Professor of English at the University of Florida, a member of the Academy of Distinguished Teaching Scholars, and an actor and director in commercial and university theatres, The author of eleven books on Shakespeare and the modern theatre, his A Fish in the Moonlight: Growing Up in the Bone Marrow Unit recounts stories of his youth in South Philadelphia and his experience telling them to children on the bone marrow unit of his university's hospital. More recently he has published The Audience As Player: Interactive Theatre Over the Years and Hitler in the Movies: Finding Der Führer on Film.
