DAVID URBANIK David Urbanik began his business career as a strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions specialist for a large multi-national industrial corporation. In that role, he travelled the globe, providing advice and counsel to senior managers focused on developing and growing their businesses. He was deeply involved in a major corporate restructuring, managing the sale of 22 product lines and five major acquisitions. Working closely with some of the largest law firms in the world, Dave took the lead in negotiating the terms of a number of these transactions.
