This book examines the relationship between two divergent fields - corporate activity and heritage conservation - linking the financing of conservation and its benefits with the corporate social responsibility (CSR) goals of the private sector. Fiona Starr holds a PhD from the Cultural Heritage Centre for Asia and the Pacific, Deakin University, Australia. She has been Curator of Social History at Fairfield City Museum and Gallery in Sydney, and consultant to numerous heritage and museum exhibition and conservation projects, including the Qantas Founders Outback Museum, the Sydney Jewish Museum, the National Parks and Wildlife Service (NSW), the Melbourne Museum and the Historic Houses Trust of NSW.
