This group process and approach elicits and effects positive change in the lives of people struggling with life choices and personal behavior affecting their overall health, wellbeing and functioning. *NOTE: Changing behavior can be any behavior or life change (i.e. anger, addictions, leaving an abusive relationship, illegal behaviors, taking medications, managing health concerns, changing careers and going back to school).
