Earth continued deteriorating due to climate change, flooding, fires, loss of habitable land forced (UNÍ-WORLD) to close down. Afterward, new leadership emerges assigning the special ones to oversee a NEW DARPA, to salvage Earth from further deterioration. Enforcing laws for the human race to respect the land and sea creatures to live among them in harmony for futures to come.
