Reyes-Mercado is a Professor at Anáhuac University, México, where his research
focuses upon entrepreneurship, consumer behaviour, and the adoption of technological

Coca Cola and HSBC Bank, and is also a member of the Academy of Marketing
Science, and the American Marketing Association.
