G. Stanley Hall was one of the first experts to give an only child a bad reputation when he referred to their situation as "a disease in itself." Being spoiled can be interpreted in varying ways. One might say that it simply means that they are well taken care of. Yet others may argue that its meaning is derived from a parent (s) over-showering their child with monetary riches; all the while, failing to instill other core values that will enrich their child's personality and character.
Being a parent is undoubtedly one of the toughest tasks on earth. Nevertheless, a parent's flagrant-foul on the parenting field can be extremely damaging and detrimental to their child's emotional well-being. Good children can make bad parents, just as bad parents can make good children.

Talva is a native of Sacramento, California; where she grew up in the perils of the Del Paso Heights Community (DPH= The Deepest Part of Hell). Despite being subjected to the community's self-induced destruction by way of: drugs, gangs, and violence; she fought against the gravitational pull of her environment and sought after life-enhancing opportunities. After graduating from high-school, she uprooted her family out of the belly of the beast of her neighborhood, and went on to have successful career as a Healthcare Professional, a Real Estate Agent, and a Notary Public. She established her own LLC, which encompassed all of her licensing work; and even built a non-profit organization that helped other community-enriching corporations raise countless amounts of money for their causes.She now brings to you this novel about the puzzling outcome of how children result in making their parents proud, or being a disappointment; in relation to how he or she may have been raised. She's challenging her readers, especially those that are parents, to ask themselves, "How or why did my child turn out this way?"
