I have waited a couple of months before writing this just to make sure it wasn't a temporary result. It isn't. I use this every night. I have had chronic post-menopausal insomnia for about 8 years. I am a busy school teacher and it was really effecting my life. I have used this in conjunction with 2 other things for wonderful results. I take 2 brahmi herb tablets before retiring which calms down my racing mind. I also listen to a program called sleep solutions which I got from itunes. At the same time, I do this method and fall asleep in a few minutes every night. One tip when using this method is to forget about being a perfectionist. If my 'kaleidoscope' images aren't very clear, or my mind wanders off, I don't stress, just bring it back and the next thing I know...it's morning.I'd love to give the author a hug...I got my life back. I found it quick and easy to read and follow. I highly recommend it to all.

The author makes a big boast in the introduction. I had to read the book to find out if he lives up to his boast. But I also had to wait until bedtime to find out if he lives up to his boast. He boasts that his book will teach me how to sleep in 5 simple steps...using a simple method...Read the book today and you will sleep tonight. That is his boast.
The author lives up to his boast. The steps are simple to follow. The method sent me to sleep. The method is so simple yet so effective. And the most beautiful part of it all is that you don't have to take anything to help you to fall asleep.

I am a seasoned citizen, and my friends and I discuss our inability to get to sleep or stay asleep or awaken at the 2 A.M. time frame and are unable to return to sleep. I got this book because I thought it might help. I've tried everything, believing that someday I might find an answer to this sleep deprivation problem, I really was skeptical, I've tried everything suggested by "experts" to no avail The book is very short it only takes about an hour to read. I'm happy to say that the hour was well spent. Finally, I have been able to follow the steps to sleep. I still have problems but I can't tell you how much better I'm sleeping. This method really works. I was very dubious when I read the book, surely it can't be that easy, but it is! Had trouble sleeping over the past few years and I dreaded going to bed. Fell asleep easily enough but would wake an hour or so later and lie awake for hours. This method has changed all that and I can now get back to sleep very quickly. ...
