Regarded by leading investigators and pathologists as the definitive guide to forensic dentistry, this second edition includes the cutting-edge work of many additional contributors. Detailing the latest investigative techniques and the science behind them, this edition delves deeply into the field's historical and theoretical underpinnings. It also looks at the role forensic dentistry played in recent identification cases, including the aftermath of 9/11. Forensic dental radiography, age estimation, jurisprudence and legal issues, and practical aspects of civil and criminal case involvement are all subjects of chapters in this edition.
