Madelein Elkington has always enjoyed reading and writing from a young age. As a youngster she thoroughly enjoyed listening to her father's make believe extravagant stories which sparked her own interests in captivating and creating new worlds filled with adventure and mystical elements for all ages to enjoy.The Lost Teddy Bear is but one little bedtime tale she has created for her own children to enjoy and happily sending them off into a world of enchantment.
Madelein resides in South Africa and she enjoys Horse-riding and any adventure planned with her family. Early years she competed in show jumping and dressage. Madelein also obtained her Teachers qualification in Latin American & Ballroom dancing, She is very creative and loves the great outdoors.
Madelein Studied part-time to help perfect her craft in writing story books for children helping her in becoming an innovative author never did she dream of becoming a loved novelist.
