I write this book not because Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is considered an untreatable medical condition, but because I believe in our bodies, instinctive ability to heal themselves, and by using practical, intuitive and complimentary medicines to do so, as well as taking 100 percent responsibility for our own healing.
I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. The doctors words were go to sleep, and that he could do nothing for me. I asked how long for? He looked at me, pondered and said, maybe two years, I found that outrageous but had no strength to argue, and so found myself with no strength to do much at all for the first two to three years, I could not even pick up a book to research Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. My family had no idea and I was unable to communicate with them the extent of what I was feeling.
Through determination and a strong desire to heal, I am here today giving you all I can on this subject and hope to inspire you to heal.
