Hitting Your Strategic Targets Through High-Impact Measurement, published by The Free Press in 1999.
In addition to publication, Dr. Schiemann is a frequent global keynote speaker and workshop facilitator for many public and private forums, including among others, the Society for Human Resource Management, Center for HR Excellence in China, Australia HR Institute, Institute of HR Management in Hong Kong.
