Dean Hohl is an American author, public speaker, coach, consultant and business owner. Dean has been leading teams and coaching individuals professionally since 1993. From '88 - '92 Dean served with 3rd Ranger Battalion during which he helped in the removal of Manuel Noriega in 1989 when he parachuted onto a hostile Panamanian airstrip. It is this experience that led him to create Leading Concepts.Since 1993, Leading Concepts has taught both individuals and corporate groups the advanced teamwork, leadership and communications skills Hohl gained through his Ranger training and experience, helping improve their bottom line.
Dean is also the Co-Author of: Rangers Lead The Way: The Army Rangers' Guide To Leading Your Organization Through Chaos. "Rangers" is published on two continents. His work has been reviewed in the New York Times, Fortune, Bloomberg, and Fast Company.
Since leaving the Rangers, Dean has held Human Resources and Business Operations Management roles on the 'business battlefield' as well.
