There are eight appendices: a periodicals bibliography, a glossary, a list of acronyms and abbreviations, a state municipal league directory, a national planning and development resource directory, an international planning and development resource directory, an international local government resource directory and a state library resource directory, as well as a thorough index.
Autoren-Porträt von Roger L. Kemp, Carl J. Stephani
Roger L. Kemp, Ph.D., has been a city manager of west and east coast cities for more than 25 years and holds International City/County Management Association credentials. A graduate of the Program for Senior Executives in State and Local Government at Harvard University, he has been a visiting scholar and adjunct professor at the University of California, Rutgers University, the University of New Haven and the University of Connecticut. Carl J. Stephani is a certificated manager of the International City/County Management Association and is executive director of the Central Connecticut Regional Planning Agency. He has held elected positions in local government and is the author of a book on zoning as well as numerous articles on planning and zoning matters.
