Tom Rossi has been an educator for the past 24 years. He has worked with children at elementary, junior-high and senior-high levels. He has conducted leadership training seminars and regularly provides in-service for fellow educators. He is currently the principal of a Winnipeg elementary school. In his spare time, he enjoys marathon training, boxing, and travelling. Tom lives in Winnipeg with his wife, Sharon.Dave Leochko has been an educator for the past 22 years. He has taught grades 1–6 and currently teaches grade 5 in a Winnipeg school. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors, including travelling and hiking. Dave is the author of other educational books.
