"I Am Malala: The Story of the Girl Who Stood Up for Education and Was Shot by the Taliban" / An Autobiography by Malala Yousafzai
"I come from a country that was created at midnight. When I almost died it was just after midday."
Having read the book five years ago, I can confirm this is a great bio by Malala Yousafzai; one of the world's leaders for Female Education, Human Rights and Peace.
ABOUT THE BOOK:
"When the Taliban took control of the Swat Valley in Pakistan, one girl spoke out. Malala Yousafzai refused to be silenced and fought for her right to an education.
On October 9, 2012, when she was fifteen, she almost paid the ultimate price. She was shot in the head at point-blank range while riding the bus home from school, and few expected her to survive.
Instead, Malala's miraculous recovery has taken her on an extraordinary journey from a remote valley in northern Pakistan to the halls of the United Nations in New York. At sixteen, she has become a global symbol of peaceful protest and the youngest-ever Nobel Peace Prize laureate.
I Am Malala is the remarkable tale of a family uprooted by global terrorism, of the fight for girls' education, of a father who, himself a school owner, championed and encouraged his daughter to write and attend school, and of brave parents who have a fierce love for their daughter in a society that prizes sons."
Interesting to note, that the attack on Malala Yousafzai by the Taliban was in 2012, during the Obama administration - indicative that violent extremism by the Taliban was already escalating during that time - especially in the border region of Pakistan and Afghanistan.
In short, the containment of violent extremism by the US in the region was only successful to a very limited extent - even during the best of times.
It is also worth noting, that if it would not have been for 9/11, Globalization and Nation-building by the West in Afghanistan - it would have been the primary responsibility of Pakistan to ensure the UDHR and the UNCRC in the region; to prevent massive forced migration from Afghanistan into Pakistan - which is currently happening due to humanitarian disaster, terrorism and gender-based apartheid in the country.
In short, we may also need the cooperation of the PM of Pakistan - Shehbaz Sharif - since it's also in Pakistan's interest that the UDHR and UNCRC is restored in the region :)

It is imperative to restore International Human Rights Law (IHRL) in Afghanistan.
It should also be noted, that the blood of the true Prophet runs in me, being the instrument of His divine will.
The same applies to Saudi Arabia's crown prince Mohammed bin Salman - who will together with the International Community lead Afghanistan into a New Age of Peace and Prosperity.
And in the name of Allah, God Almighty, we intend to liberate Afghanistan from terrorism, misogyny, oppression, injustice and all evil - so that the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) can be restored in the region. In sha'Allah.
In the name of Allah, we also banish all terrorists - in particular Haibatullah Akhundzada - from Jannah / : ¿¿¿¿¿. Until they have redeemed
