Dear All,
The Taliban have ordered an illegal, indefinite ban on university education for women and secondary schooling for girls; which is a blatant violation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC).
Hence the International Community should be advised that the Taliban government in Afghanistan is in dispute.
The UN security council has called on the Taliban to reverse policies targeting women and girls in Afghanistan, expressing alarm at the "increasing erosion" of human rights.
The UN secretary general, António Guterres, echoed the security council's message, calling the latest restrictions on women and girls unjustifiable human rights violations that must be revoked.
The UN rights chief warned of the terrible consequences such policies would have.
"No country can develop - indeed survive - socially and economically with half its population excluded," said Volker Turk, high commissioner for human rights.
We are also ordering the Taliban to urgently reverse a reckless and dangerous decision; that bans women from working for aid agencies and charities.
Terrorism has also increased in the region since the Taliban has taken over, and Afghanistan is experiencing unprecedented and rising humanitarian needs.
Hence it is imperative that the Global Community intervenes with more pro-active measures in the region - so that Human Rights, Rule of Law and Public Safety can be restored.
This includes the United Nations and Pakistan, who should work together, to manifest the UDHR and UNCRC in Afghanistan; in particular university education for women and secondary school education for girls.
In the meantime domestic policy and foreign policy concerning Afghanistan will be handled by the NGO BTB-Global Pecaebuilding.
We would like to emphasize that the Global Community stands in solidarity with Afghanistan against violent extremism, torture and gender-based apartheid.

PS: More and more Afghan girls are using everyday items to end their lives and commit suicide; due to severe oppression and abuse by the Taliban regime.
As the current leader of the Global Community, we are ordering the Intelligence Community and all other assets - including Director Avril Haines - to save Afghan girls by ending the evil Taliban regime and restoring Human Rights.
