Each stage has its focus; however, removal from disease trouble is critical to stay in good health. a Staying in good health is a matter of everyone. Some take it for granted that I am well and keeping fit is unnecessary. It may be a misunderstanding. Data have shown that the healthy population accounts for 5% of the total number while the number of people who are ill takes up 10% of the total. However, 85% of the total population is sub-healthy. For this reason, staying in good health is indispensable to most people.
