Sandy Shaver was born April 14,1964 in Topeka, Kansas. She is next to the youngest of 6 children. She graduated in 1985 from Topeka West High School. Her hobbies include music, church, reading and writing. She was born with cerebral palsy and suffers from bipolar disorder and depression. While these afflictions can be discouraging; it doesn't stop her from living life to the fullest. She uses her faith in God and her ability to write as a tool to overcome her disabilities and reverse them to abilities. She hopes that her writing will inspire some readers and maybe even help others.
