The Commemorative Volume is a loving and respectful tribute to the memory of Dr. L.M. Devoid of these contributions the exercise would have been incomplete as the readers must know the way in which he conceived, developed, articulated, propagated and promoted the human concerns of the contemporary world. Nothing could graphically describe his multifaceted personality as these contributions do.
