This small book or essay, or whatever you prefer to name it is basically a Hail Mary for American progressive thinkers and voters. Hopefully readers will see it for what it is, a work in irony, cynicism, with a little thought provocation thrown in as a broth for this small pot of soup.
I don't mean to make this a cliché, but the United States is at a crossroads, a political, social, and spiritual crossroads. We have groups of self proclaimed Christians who couldn't care less about the poor, needy, and homeless.
He is a retired social worker, enjoys reading horror classics, avant garde writings, and historical fiction. Stan enjoys rock music, alternative, and folk pop.
He's been writing for many years and is just as poor now as he was when he began. In other words, he is no different than the majority of writers.
