I Believe in Life Before Death! (ePub)

Through more than twenty years of health-related education, both formal and separate studies, and close to 100,000 patient consultations, I have come to understand how essential quality of life is. I would like to be a healthy and vital version of myself with a robust physique and condition, prepared to meet the challenges of today. I wish the same for my family, friends, patients, and for you. I want to use my skills and knowledge to help more people achieve these wishes and desires and to obtain the lives they deserve. Hopefully, you are one of them.

In addition to be a practicing Chiropractor and Physiotherapist I have also studied Psychology, Chemistry, Mechanics and Philosophy at different Universities.

Today I run Nordstrand Kiropraktorklinikk in Oslo, Norway. I live together with my lovely wife, super-cool daughter and happy dog.

I was raised in a traditional family. While I was living at home with my family in the '70s and '80s, we followed the national recommendations. If someone had asked me twenty years ago about our way of life, I would without hesitation have said that my family had a healthy lifestyle. Overall, my family did not question any of the national recommendations but, rather, followed them conscientiously.

I have had lots of health-related "aha" experiences on my health-related journey over the last twenty-five years. I had my first experiences when I studied philosophy and psychology during the '90s. I found it interesting to hear about the different views about who we are, the perennial questions, and especially about the mind-body relationship. I had never paid any conscious attention to these questions before. At the time, I started to realize that perhaps the truth I had been presented my whole life was not
true at all.

I want my life to be read like a good story-a story that is eventful. I want my life to be so much more than just survival. I will not feel cheated on my deathbed and think, Is this all there is? I would
