Eugene Spiegel is a Professor in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Connecticut, Storrs. The author or coauthor of over 40 publications and a member of the American Mathematical Society, Dr. Spiegel received the B.S. degree (1961) from Brooklyn College, City University of New York, and the Ph.D. degree (1965) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge.

Christopher J. O'Donnell is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Basic Sciences at the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts. The author of several key publications and a member of the American Mathematical Society, among others, Dr. O'Donnell received the B.S. degree (1987) in mathematics from Trinity College, Hartford, Connecticut, and the M.S. (1989) and Ph.D. (1992) degrees in mathematics from the University of Connecticut, Storrs.
