And essay nine talks about the effect of the neo-structuralism and retro-liberalism paradigms on the success of the sustainable development goals by 2030.

He has undergraduate studies in Advanced Computer Science and a postgraduate in Information Technology. Alfredo holds a Master's degree with honours in International Communication.
