This publication titled "International Encyclopedia of Dairy Technology and Animal Husbandry" deals primarily with animal husbandry, dairy technology and animal breeding. It also provides an introductory overview of animal husbandry, veterinary science and dairying in India, including an analysis of initiatives taken at centre and state levels.
