After meeting my step father, D.S Hamilton, who over thirty years ago was an alternative medicine health practitioner and was very successful, my interest in this area was aroused. Since then I have studied many forms of health treatments and applications. This came in handy when raising a family. I teach tai chi which I learnt from an old Chinese man called Mr Lu Hu over thirty years ago. Now with the accumulation of studies and applications I would like to share this information with others through the writing of small books with clear and simple instructions.
