Bo Mattiasson is Professor, Department of Biotechnology, Center for Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Lund University, Sweden. The author or coauthor of more than 550 professional publications and five books, he received the M.Sc. (1971) and Ph.D. (1974) degrees from Lund University, Sweden.
