Dionne Wright Poulton, Ph.D., has fifteen years of teaching experience in high schools and universities and as a diversity education consultant and speaker. She earned a PhD from the University of Georgia, a master’s degree from San Francisco State University, a bachelor of education degree (teaching degree) from the University of Toronto, and a bachelor’s degree from Rice University as an NCAA Division I track and field scholarship athlete. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Dr. Poulton currently resides outside Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband and their two children.
